RULES OF CINEMATOGRAPHY
Leading lines refers to the use of natural objects and lines in a scene to frame the subject and draw the viewer’s eye to a particular spot on the screen. This can be trees, sidewalks, roads, buildings, etc. Position your actor at the end of these lines or where they cross on the screen to lead the viewer unknowingly to the focus of the shot.
In the below, where would be a good spot to place the subject to draw attention to them? Is there more than one spot you could do this?
